Long Island customers especially do this — the return leg from JFK late at night is notoriously hard to get with rideshare. Booking it before you leave removes that problem entirely.

Add your address at booking and that is exactly where your driver shows up. No meeting points.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are free. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee depending on the booking. No-shows after the driver has arrived are charged in full. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible — we would rather reschedule than cancel.
